Erich Weber
Erich is a business strategy and managerial professional with 20 years of experience in business analysis, organizational leadership and project-driven operations. Throughout his 12 years as a consultant, Erich has applied these areas of expertise to help clients better understand and address their critical business needs.
Erich has experience in manufacturing as well as retail and other adjacent markets. His engagements have covered multiple disciplines including channel effectiveness, organizational design and customer-focused market strategies in the U.S. as well as Europe, Russia and Australia. Erich's strengths include navigating complex environments, identifying actionable improvement opportunities and aligning senior executive teams to implement change.
In recent years, Erich has worked with a Fortune 100 client to lead large cross-functional improvements. In one major project, he led the effort to combine the sales and support organizations of two separate North American operating divisions serving a $10 billion dealer channel. This resulted in:
- Lowered fixed costs and improved dealer satisfaction as sales and profits continued to grow
- Similar projects across additional global geographies within the firm
Erich holds a B.S. in Business Management from Georgetown University and an M.B.A. in Marketing Strategy and Information Technology from the University of Maryland.
When he's not consulting, Erich enjoys doing just about anything with his wife and two sons including golf, skiing, jogging or just relaxing at home. He lives in Leesburg, VA.
