Sean brings over 35 years of real world experience to his clients -- over a decade in Sales and Marketing leadership roles in Corporate America complemented by more than 24 years of strategic management consulting success.
Sean's strengths lie in focusing leaders on the high impact drivers of business improvement, aligning leadership teams on the benefits of coordinated change, and mobilizing these teams to action. Sean has broad exposure and success in multiple industries including industrial manufacturing, process and services sectors, insurance, publishing, consumer and retail distribution, pharmaceuticals, and provider health care.
Among many areas of consulting knowledge, Sean has demonstrated success and expertise in business strategy, digital asset transformation, organization design and implementation, and shared services design and deployment.
Over the past several years, Sean has led global teams in a variety of projects to simplify work and standardize global processes. Sean recently led a program focused on building organizational alignment of engineering via shared services at a Fortune 100 manufacturer. He successfully drove large scale change working with client leadership to shift the strategy, matching higher value-add engineering work activities to the most qualified engineering resources. This resulted in:

Sean holds a B.S. in Electrical Engineering from Cornell University and earned an M.B.A. from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business in finance and economics.
Sean lives in Simsbury, Connecticut with his wife and three children. He is an active marathoner, golfer and skier.
